Monte Carlo Nights Merch Giveaway — Official Rules

1. Sponsor and administrator
The Monte Carlo Nights Merch Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored and administered by Celmorix Grand Promotions Inc., Toronto, Ontario, Canada (the “Sponsor”). Questions may be directed to contest@celmorix.com. The Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.
2. Entry period
The Giveaway begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on August 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on August 31, 2026 (the “Entry Period”). Entries received before or after the Entry Period are void.
3. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of Canada who are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence when entering. Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of the Sponsor, its affiliates, prize suppliers and advertising agencies, and members of their immediate households, are not eligible. The Sponsor may request reasonable proof of identity, age and residency.
4. How to enter
During the Entry Period, visit celmorix.com, complete every required field in the entry form, confirm eligibility and acceptance of these Rules, and submit the form. There is a limit of one entry per person and per email address for the entire Entry Period. Automated, scripted, bulk, copied, incomplete, inaccurate or fraudulent entries are void. No gaming account, purchase, payment, deposit, wager, social share or marketing subscription is required.
5. Prizes and approximate value
There are 150 prizes available across Canada. Each prize consists of one Celmorix Grand limited-edition unisex T-shirt from the Monte Carlo Nights collection, with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of CAD $58.00. Total ARV of all prizes is CAD $8,700.00. Standard delivery to a valid Canadian address is included. Design, colour and size are subject to availability. No cash alternative or substitution by a winner is permitted; the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if reasonably necessary.
6. Draw, odds and notification
On or about September 3, 2026 in Toronto, Ontario, the Sponsor will randomly select 150 potential winners from all eligible entries received. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received; mathematically, an eligible entry’s approximate chance is 150 divided by the total eligible entry count, subject to the one-prize-per-person limit. Potential winners will be contacted at the email address supplied at entry and must respond within five calendar days.
7. Skill-testing question and verification
Before being declared a winner, each potential winner must correctly answer, without mechanical or other assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question; confirm ongoing eligibility; provide a Canadian shipping address and requested shirt size; and complete any declaration and release reasonably required by the Sponsor. Failure to respond, an incorrect answer, returned email, ineligibility or non-compliance may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate potential winner.
8. Prize delivery
Verified prizes are expected to ship within six to eight weeks after confirmation. The Sponsor is not responsible for delay caused by an incomplete address, carrier disruption or events outside its reasonable control, but will make reasonable efforts to complete delivery without undue delay. Risk of loss transfers upon confirmed delivery. Taxes, if any, are the winner’s responsibility.
9. General conditions
The Sponsor may disqualify a person who tampers with the entry process, acts disruptively, attempts to obtain extra entries or breaches these Rules. If fraud, technical failure, security incident or another event impairs the integrity or proper operation of the Giveaway, the Sponsor may suspend, modify or terminate it and, where practical, award prizes by random draw from unaffected eligible entries. Decisions are final, subject to applicable law. The Giveaway is governed by the laws of Ontario and applicable federal laws of Canada.
10. Privacy and publicity
Personal information is collected and used only to administer the Giveaway, validate entries, contact potential winners, deliver prizes, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations, as explained in the Privacy Notice below. Entry does not subscribe a participant to marketing. Except where prohibited by law, a verified winner may be asked for permission to publish their first name, last initial, province or territory and prize received; refusal does not affect prize entitlement.

Yes. Entry costs nothing. There is no purchase, deposit, wager, subscription, casino account or shipping charge. Paying money cannot create an entry or improve the odds of winning.
Who is eligible to enter?
Legal residents of Canada who are at least 18 and have reached the age of majority in their home province or territory. Sponsor-connected employees, representatives and their immediate households are excluded.
How many times can I enter?
Once for the entire Giveaway. Multiple entries using different email addresses, aliases or automated methods may all be disqualified so that every eligible person has one fair chance.
Can I choose my shirt design and size?
Potential winners may request a size from XS through 3XL. The Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to honour both size and design preference, but design, colour and size are ultimately subject to available inventory.
How are winners chosen?
On or about September 3, 2026, 150 entries will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by the closing deadline. Each potential winner must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question and complete verification.
How will I know if I am selected?
We will email potential winners from draw@celmorix.com. We will never notify winners solely through social media, and we will never request card information, bank details, cryptocurrency, gift cards or a fee.
When will prizes arrive?
Verified prizes are expected to leave our fulfilment partner within six to eight weeks of confirmation. A delivery update will be sent to the winner’s email when available.
Is this connected to Formula One or a Monte Carlo casino?
No. Celmorix Grand’s designs celebrate classic night racing, Riviera architecture and gaming-floor geometry. The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Formula One, any racing team, Automobile Club de Monaco, Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer or any other third-party rights holder.
Privacy notice
Only what we need.
Nothing more.
Information collected. The entry form collects your full name, email address, province or territory, eligibility confirmations, submission time and basic security logs. We request a mailing address and size only if you are selected as a potential winner.
Purpose and consent. We use this information to receive and validate entries, enforce entry limits, contact and verify potential winners, deliver prizes, protect the Giveaway from misuse and meet legal obligations. We do not add entrants to a marketing list and do not sell personal information.
Access, service providers and retention. Access is limited to authorized Sponsor personnel and service providers supporting secure hosting, email, fraud prevention and Canadian prize fulfilment. Providers may process information in Canada or another jurisdiction where it is subject to local law. Non-winning entry records are scheduled for deletion or de-identification within 90 days after all prizes are delivered; winner and compliance records may be retained for up to 24 months or longer if required by law.
Your choices. You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing privacy@celmorix.com. A deletion request made before the draw may require withdrawal of the entry because the information is necessary to administer it. This site uses only functional browser storage for age verification, entry confirmation and interface preferences; it uses no advertising trackers.
